Pretty standard for cold stones. Good ice cream with nice kids behind the counter. It was really busy for a Monday night before closing and the staff seemed calm so good service.

Service can be a bit slow, but that's the nature of customized treats. They always have a vegan/non dairy option as well. Small tables to eat in the restaurant, but serviceable and clean.

It's usually a good place to get some ice cream. Nothing special about it. The thing that disappoints me the most is they now refuse to mix in the toppings on the kids size. I went yesterday and I was told they were told that they no longer mix in the kids size toppings because it wasn't cost efficitiant. Really! It takes an extra 5 seconds at most. They also quit the report card rewards program for students that receive all A's. Not that I'm asking for something for free, but this actually encouraged my kids. You'd be amazed at what free ice cream can do for a kids enthusiasm to get all A's .

Very friendly atmosphere, very friendly staff. Very Clean building. Absolutely delicious ice cream, any flavor you can think of. The staff was very kind and willing to take care of my s/o peanut allergy keeping everything very clean making sure not to cross contaminate. Highly recommend. 👍
